The two gentlemen that showed up to help me remove trash from an old storage unit were very professional. There was a mix up with my phone number but that didn’t not deter them from finding away to reach out to me through the business I had my items stored. Once I arrived they apologized for the mix up even though it was not their mistake. Before any work was done they explained how I would be charged. They notice some old duffle bags and inquired about military service and then informed me I would receive a discount. Before I knew it the space was clean. I highly recommend Spartan Junk Removal. We are already planning to use them again for a garage clean out.

When I called, I had told them that I wanted to get rid of some furniture, and move some other furniture throughout my large home. Three guys, Griffin, Karioki, and Seth, arrived and got to work. It turned out that I had a lot of heavy stuff to move up and down stairs. They helped arrange the furniture where I wanted it. They were here for more than 2 hours. They were so kind and helpful. I enjoyed working with them.

This is the second time we have used Spartan and they are even better now than with our first experience. Why? They are on time and notify you when they are about to arrive. They give you a free estimate at your home/site but then they are ready to do the job immediately! The people they hire are efficient, careful and friendly. The young man who helped us was amazing. I know we will call them in the future as needed.

I was so impressed with how quickly I was able to get scheduled for junk removal. Communication was clear and the team was able to come by early. Within 20 minutes, all the crap I had piled up over the past months was gone and it feels great! I do think they're a little pricier than other companies (based on how much is being removed - they charge per volume, not hour, so my large items were a little expensive to haul - despite how quick it was,) but I think it was definitely worth the price. Shout out to Jesse and Miles for making the whole experience painless!
