I was contacted by Justin to let me know approximate arrival. Justin and Karioki were great to work with while they completed the job. Would reccommend them to anyone.

I was just looking to get a free estimate for some junk removal. But when Chase and Seth came by early they gave me a fair price and could take my items right away. This was fast and easy. We recently used Spartan Junk Removal for the first time to remove a ton of items from a store we were closing down for a commercial client of ours. We were able to send pictures in advance to estimate how many truckloads would be needed which took the stress off scheduling since we were on a deadline to turn the store back over to the landlord. Scheduling (and rescheduling, which I had to do about 4 times due to changes from the client 😁) through their website was incredibly easy. The office manager, Nicole, reached out to me the day before to confirm our appt and the crew called me right when they said they would to give me their ETA. Communication was top notch, the guys were hard working and efficient, and everything went off without a hitch. Many thanks to the Spartan Junk team for taking care of us! The two gentlemen that showed up to help me remove trash from an old storage unit were very professional. There was a mix up with my phone number but that didn’t not deter them from finding away to reach out to me through the business I had my items stored. Once I arrived they apologized for the mix up even though it was not their mistake. Before any work was done they explained how I would be charged. They notice some old duffle bags and inquired about military service and then informed me I would receive a discount. Before I knew it the space was clean. I highly recommend Spartan Junk Removal. We are already planning to use them again for a garage clean out.
